Appetite for Awareness is a program for local businesses to partner with Easter Seals to organize a promotion or sale to support our programs.
Merchants participate by:
- donating a percentage of sales
- having a special promotion
- asking consumers to donate during a specified time period
Why Participate?

When?In order to maximize your gift to Easter Seals, we encourage you to participate in Appetite for Awareness during a scheduled promotion for your store or a peak business period.
How Does Easter Seals Promote Your Partnership?
Easter Seals supports your business with individualized point-of-sale materials prior to your event.In addition, we do the following:
- name participating retailers in the upcoming issue of our newsletter Happenings, which is distributed to more than 5,000 people across the state.
- promote past retailers on our website at http://www.ar.easterseals.com/
- e-mail marketing campaign to key volunteers and donors.
- send news releases and story ideas to local news outlets with the angle of how local retailers are rallying together to help children and adults with disabilities.
