On Thursday, March 27, Easter Seals will honor Governor Mike Beebe as the 22nd Arkansan of the Year.   The Governor was chosen for the honor because of his dedication to children's services and education.  The dinner will be held at the Statehouse Convention Center at 6 p.m.
